Elite by name and elite by customer service.

I have been an Estate agent for 20 years and dealing with this company for rentals has honestly changed my thought process on letting agents!!

Probably the 2 hardest working people I have dealt with!! Ladies take a bow you are simply magnificent!!

Thank you both for everything, you are the best out there!

We met Sam and Nicki after weeks of fruitless house search. From the moment they picked up the phone, they were very efficient and professional. They made the process very easy and were quick in responding to mails and enquiries. Sam and Nicki got us moved in within 10days and they were very understanding. We are very pleased with the service we received at GB Elite and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you both for everything, you are the best out there!

I would recommend their service as they have been spot on since day one

After 5 years renting though agencies that they only care about money I met Nicki.

We were living in one of her properties managed under a different state agent and things were not the best.... and then Nicki took over the management of the property.

From the moment we exchange the first couple of words by phone I was impress in the way Nicki conducted the conversation.

Money wasn't the main thread of the conversation, she was asking on things to make us feel better and more comfortable at home and improvements that the house might need.

Over the 4 years that I have been dealing with GB ELITE every single problem that we had related to the house has been actioned and repaired properly, no quick fixes to patch the problem.

I would recommend their service as they have been spot on since day one.

The service has been far greater than what a high street brand can offer and at a much fairer price. A++

As if moving abroad wasn’t daunting enough I decided to become a landlord at the same time, a friend introduced me to Nicki & Sam – they explained everything to me, no question was too stupid, they took all the stress out of it so I could focus on relocating. The service has been far greater than what a high street brand can offer and at a much fairer price. A++

From the minute I got in touch they have been extremely helpful, and friendly.

I met with Nikki and Sam after my last letting agent fees continued to spiral. From the minute I got in touch they have been extremely helpful, and friendly. I didn’t hesitate to use them for my next lease!!

They have kept me informed, done all the hard work and informed me of any issues as they arise. And most importantly to me were very clear and transparent with any fees which they have stuck to.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to lease out their property.

Many thanks
